PAYMENT POLICIES
2010-2011 year starts Aug 31, 2010
Our pay period is broken up into sessions. When you register at Powerhouse for class your are holding a spot until a 2 week drop notice is given.
Our classes are year round.
That drop period needs to be given 2 weeks prior to the next session.
Here are the new session dates and payment schedule for 1 hour classes:
Aug 31 - Nov 27
13 weeks for $198.90 with discount
12 week pay period is $183.60
Monthly is $68.00
Gym is closed on the following dates in this session:
Sept 4th, Sept 6th, and Nov 25th
Classes affected by 12 or 13 weeks, Sat, Mon, Thur.
Nov 29 - Feb 26
12 weeks for $183.60
11 week pay period is $168.30
Monthly is $68.00
Gym will be closed the following dates in this session:
Dec 24th - Jan 2d
Classes that will be on an 11 week session are Fri, and Sat
Mar 5 - May 28
13 weeks for $198.90
12 week pay period is $183.60
Monthly is $68.00
Gym will be closed Apr 22d and 23rd
Classes that will be on an 11 week session are Fri and Sat
Summer Session: May 30 - Aug 27
12 weeks for $183.60

Gym will be closed Jul 3-9
If wanting to pay monthly you must leave a credit card on file to have an automatic payment made on the 5th of every month in the amount of $60.00/month for a 1 hour class
We are closed the following holidays:
Sep 6 - Labor Day
Nov 25 - Thanksgiving
Dec 20-26 - Christmas
Apr 23-24 - Easter

Registration Fee $50.00
Early Release Fee $15.00 for that day. Must be paid that day of early release.
Late Pickup fee-$10.00 per 15 minutes after 6:00pm must be paid that day.
You are obligated for 3 months at a time. Your credit card information must be kept on file unless you pay the full 3 months in advance.
During the 3 months we automatically deduct from your account monthly on the 5th.
Please remember that there is a 1 month drop notice before the 3 month session ends.
